Instructions:
1.Fix axis of the blades,The cover can be detached, and then clean the blades.
2.Oscillating&fix button. Please twist the button with 75 degree to realize oscillating or fix it.
3.Adjust speed button :there is button 0 for switch off, button 1 for lower wind, button 2 is stronger wind.
4.Fix screw of fan head. Please twist the screw counter-clockwise, and then adjust the head up and down to the position as you wish, then twist the screw clockwise to fix the head.
5.USB usage: Please put the USB cable to the stationary computer or note book, and then the other end connects with USB fan. Then please press the button to adjust speed.
6.Batteries usage:There is battery cover on the bottom of the product.please open the battery cover,insert batteries.Turn on the USB fan,it works.
